As Head of Content for “A Touch More,” I owned the full social lifecycle within our tight three‑person team– from platform strategy and content roadmapping to community management and performance analysis across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X. I developed audience‑driven strategies, identified and edited episode clips for sponsored partners (L’Oréal Paris, Amazon Music, Ring, etc.), and crafted episode titles, descriptions, and social copy that balanced sports, lifestyle, and the talents' personalities. I turned long-form episodes into high-performing short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, delivering 37.7M total views.
On the production side, I oversaw live event coverage, coordinated guest talent and sponsorship assets with Vox and Togethxr, and integrated real‑time social moments into each episode. I also led data reporting for Vox insights and manage cross‑functional collaborations, ensuring every piece of content amplified the brand identity and maximized engagement.
